These terms cover the use of this website and the basics of booking a place at Wrenly. Your full parent agreement is shared with you when you accept a place.

Using this website

The content on this site is general information. We work hard to keep it accurate, but fees, hours and availability can change, so please confirm the details with us.

Tours and bookings

Booking a tour does not reserve a place. Places are offered in order of enquiry and confirmed once you sign our parent agreement and pay the registration fee.

Fees and payment

• Fees are paid monthly in advance

• Funded hours are applied to your invoice where you are eligible

• We give at least one month’s notice of any fee change

Notice and leaving

We ask for one month’s written notice if your child is leaving, so we can plan our rooms and welcome the next family.

Health and safety

• Please keep your child at home if they are unwell

• Tell us about any allergies, medicines or care needs

• Our full health policy is in the parent handbook
