Information we collect

When you book a tour or enrol, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number

• Your child’s name, age and preferred start date

• Allergies, medical needs and care notes you choose to share

We only ask for what we need to look after your child well.

How we use it

We use your details to arrange visits, manage places and fees, keep you updated through our parent app and meet our legal duties as a licensed childcare provider.

Photos and daily updates

Photos taken at Wrenly are shared only with you through the parent app. We never use images of your child in our marketing without your written consent.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted partners who help us run the nursery:

• Our parent app, for daily reports and photos

• Our payment provider, for fees and invoices

• Local authorities, only when the law requires it

How long we keep it

We keep records for as long as your child attends and for the period childcare regulations require afterwards. Then we delete them securely.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email hello@wrenly.school and we will reply within one month.
